Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking qualified bidders to procure 50 Dell Pro Max 16/16XE laptops along with warranty and services. The laptops should meet the detailed specifications outlined in the solicitation document. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable total bid price.
• The laptops should have an Intel Core Ultra 9 285H vPro Enterprise processor, 64GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD.
• The laptops should have a 16" FHD+ LCD display, an FHD HDR RGB camera, and a backlit keyboard.
• The laptops should have an Intel Wi-Fi 7 6E AX211 wireless card and a 6-cell battery.
• The vendor should provide a warranty and services as specified in the solicitation document.
• The vendor should deliver the laptops within 10-15 business days after receipt of the purchase order and fully executed contract.
