The Department of Information Technology, MD FiRST is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Two-Way Radio Equipment, specifically Motorola - Unified Event Manager License and Motorola - Zonewatch Grid & Control License. The contract requires the Master Contractor to be an authorized reseller for Motorola and to provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract also requires the Master Contractor to provide estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contract is for a fixed price. • The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide pricing valid for at least 90 days after the set due date. • The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested. • The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable. • The contract has a Small Business Reserve Designation and a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Goal.
