INSTALLATION OF HVAC EQUIPMENT

The Cartersville City Schools is seeking a contractor to install HVAC equipment at Cartersville Middle School. The scope of work includes the installation of new HVAC equipment, test and balance of kitchen MAU, provision of new line set and drain lines for the 4 ceiling cassettes, and conversion of power supply for the 30 ton cafeteria RTU. The contractor will also be responsible for deleting the PTAC unit in the kitchen office from the scope of work. • The project requires the installation of new HVAC equipment at Cartersville Middle School. • The contractor must provide new line set and drain lines for the 4 ceiling cassettes. • The contractor must convert the power supply for the 30 ton cafeteria RTU. • The contractor is responsible for test and balance of kitchen MAU. • The PTAC unit in the kitchen office must be deleted from the scope of work.
