RFB 2026-024 El Pico Water Treatment Plant Sedimentation Basin Rehabilitation – Utilities Department

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the sedimentation basin at the El Pico Water Treatment Plant. The project involves the repair and replacement of existing infrastructure to ensure the continued safe and efficient operation of the water treatment plant. Bidders are required to submit a satisfactory cashier's or certified check, or bidder's bond, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Laredo, Texas, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. • The bid forms can be downloaded and printed through Cit-E-Bid. • Mailed Proposals (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, or facsimile proposals will not be considered. • The estimated cost range for the project is over $50,000.00. • A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Utilities Administration Office.
