The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is issuing a Quick‑Quote solicitation for quarterly preventive‑maintenance (PM) and minor‑repair services on all existing DHR‑owned HVAC equipment across its county offices in Alabama for FY 26. The contractor must perform scheduled quarterly inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, water‑treatment testing (in 11 counties), and any minor repairs identified during the visits, using only approved manufacturers and adhering to strict licensing (HVAC, refrigeration, gas‑fitter) and EPA certification requirements. All work must be documented with DHR‑provided inspection forms, before‑and‑after photos, and approved repair quotes before any corrective work proceeds.
