Description
Washtenaw Community College seeks a vendor to design, develop, and deliver a complete educational virtual‑reality (VR) system for its Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Technician program. The solution must include immersive simulations, authoring tools for faculty, and all required hardware and software to run on existing Meta Quest 3S headsets (plus any additional hardware the vendor deems necessary). The vendor will provide installation, training, ongoing support, and ensure compliance with the college’s minimum security standards.
• Develop a fully functional EVSE Technician simulation by June 30 2026, compatible with Meta Quest 3S headsets.
• Supply any additional VR hardware, software platforms, licensing, and maintenance services required for deployment.
• Provide faculty‑friendly authoring capabilities so staff can modify or create new immersive content after delivery.
• Deliver documentation, training, and support services, and meet the security controls outlined in Attachment A (e.g., OS support, anti‑malware, encryption, log retention).
• Submit a single PDF quote (hardware, software, services) by May 14 2026, 2:00 pm EDT.
