Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife seeks a vendor to provide a two‑year rental, cleaning, and delivery service for laboratory apparel and related supplies at two laboratories in Rancho Cordova. The contractor will manage weekly pickup of soiled lab coats, floor mats, shop towels, and mop heads, and deliver cleaned items back to the labs, including replacement of damaged coats and lost towels as needed. All costs must be included in unit rates, and the total contract ceiling is $9,999.99.
• Service locations: Water Pollution Control Lab and Petroleum Chemistry Lab, 2005 & 1995 Nimbus Road, Rancho Cordova, CA.
• Weekly volume: 60 lab coats, 5 floor mats, 50 shop towels, and 2 mop sets per location, plus limited replacements.
• Contract period: July 1 2026 – June 30 2028 (24 months) with a maximum value of $9,999.99; award based on lowest responsive bid.
