RFQ - Feb-Mar Catered Meals in support of DC Safe and Beautiful

The USPFO District of Columbia National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catered meals in support of the DC Safe and Beautiful mission. The contractor will be required to provide meals for a period of two months, with an option to extend the contract for up to 6 months. The meals will be delivered to multiple locations within the National Capital Region. The contractor must provide a list of references and a 21-day sample menu. The government will evaluate offers based on price and other factors, including past performance, meals offered, and delivery plan. • The contractor must have experience in providing catered meals. • The contractor must have a kitchen facility located within a reasonable distance from the delivery locations. • The contractor must have a plan to keep the quality and presentation of the meals from being compromised during delivery. • The contractor must provide a clear and concise price quote, including unit price and total amount. • The contractor must indicate their lead time required to lock in the quantity of meals required.
