Bowling Alley Concessionaire - Sources Sought

The 633d Contracting Squadron of the U.S. Air Force is conducting market research to identify qualified food‑service operators to run a non‑personal food and beverage concession at the Langley Lanes bowling alley on Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, VA. Respondents will submit a capabilities package (max 12 pages) answering a questionnaire; no formal RFQ or contract award will result directly from this notice. The eventual contract will be a concessionaire agreement where the vendor pays a negotiated flat monthly fee to the government, maintains equipment, provides its own POS, internet, printing, banking, and marketing infrastructure, and may receive up to four one‑year renewal options. • Provide full‑service food and beverage sales (including alcoholic drinks) to support bowling leagues, events, and daily patrons. • Operate using existing kitchen/bar equipment supplied by the government while maintaining and repairing any unserviceable items. • Supply and manage all business‑operations infrastructure (POS system, credit‑card processing, printer, internet, safe, bank account). • Pay a flat monthly fee to the Non‑Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) and comply with AFI policies, permitting, and safety requirements.
