Therapeutic Foster Care Services

The County of Tuolumne is seeking proposals from qualified Foster Family Agencies (FFAs) to provide Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) services to children and youth under the age of 21 who are in foster care and meet medical necessity criteria for specialty mental health services. The selected FFA will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising TFC parents, as well as providing ongoing support and services to ensure the stability and well-being of the foster children. The scope of work includes managing and retaining qualified staffing teams, establishing memoranda of understanding with the County's Department of Child Welfare Services and Probation Department, and tracking data and outcomes for reporting and quality improvement purposes.
