Description
The Office of the Governor seeks a firm to provide a commercial-off-the-shelf web-based subscription service for Federal and State legislative tracking. The service should include features such as bill searching and tracking, Congressional staff directories, Federal Agency staff directories, breaking news, Congressional press releases, lobbying reports, and federal regulation tracking. The contract will have a primary term of 7 months, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary work products to ensure a smooth transition to a new vendor if the contract is terminated.
