Description
The Department of Water Resources is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilet rental and septic pump-out services for eleven DWR-owned units. The contractor must provide all labor, maintenance, tools, materials, equipment, insurance, transportation, incidentals, and applicable taxes necessary to provide weekly or bi-weekly portable toilet servicing and maintain the units in a clean and sanitary manner. The contractor must also provide rental, placement, and servicing of standard portable toilet units as necessary.
• The contract term is three years.
• The contractor must possess a valid copy of a State, County, or City Business License or equivalent.
• The contractor must comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program participation requirements, with a minimum of 3% commitment.
• The contractor must provide a current, valid copy of a California, City, or County Business License or equivalent.
• The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documents, including a bid sheet, bidder certification, and subcontracting information.
