Sale of Recycled Paper - Sorted White Ledger, Sorted Office Paper, and Old Corrugated Cardboard

Tarrant County is soliciting bids for the sale of recycled paper, including sorted white ledger, sorted office paper, and old corrugated cardboard. The successful bidder will be provided with a certified scale ticket on location at the Tarrant County Recycle Center and will be billed according to tonnage weight per item. The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions contained in the specifications and must be an authorized representative of the bidder. • The bid must include the price per ton for each type of paper. • The bidder must agree to furnish all materials and services upon which price(s) are offered. • The bidder must assign all claims for overcharges associated with this contract to Tarrant County. • The bidder must agree to the period for acceptance of this bid, which is ninety (90) calendar days.
