Maintenance for large format printer & Paper folder

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide on-site maintenance services for a large format printer and a paper folder. The contract will be effective from the issue date of the purchase order through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The vendor must provide a qualified technician and all necessary parts to complete the service, and all work must be performed on-site during regular business hours. The contract requires the vendor to provide a cost estimate for time and materials to address the issues listed, as well as additional estimates for other typical service issues related to these machines. • The large-format printer service includes replacement of blades and printer heads, recalibration of the printer, and replacement of parts as needed. • The paper folder service includes replacement of rollers and replacement of parts as needed. • The vendor must provide a qualified technician and all necessary parts to complete the service. • All work must be performed on-site during regular business hours. • The contract may be renewed under the terms and conditions of this agreement at the sole option of the City on an annual basis for up to three additional one-year periods.
