Description
The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking a reseller to provide Microsoft software and cloud resale services. The contract will have an initial term of five years, with the option to extend for up to five additional years. The reseller will be responsible for providing Microsoft CSP products, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, as well as associated support services. The reseller must also provide delegated administrative access, billing and usage reporting, and other value-added services.
• The reseller must have experience with Microsoft CSP products and have a strong understanding of WaTech's requirements.
• The reseller must be able to provide accurate and timely billing and usage reporting.
• The reseller must be able to provide delegated administrative access and support for WaTech's Microsoft tenant.
• The reseller must be able to provide value-added services, such as automation, workflow modernization, and FinOps tools.
