NUTRITION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR ELIGIBLE RYAN WHITE PROGRAM CLIENTS IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health, is seeking applications from qualified organizations to provide Nutrition Support Services for Eligible Ryan White Program Clients in Los Angeles County. The services will include Food Service Distribution Sites, such as grocery distribution and food vouchers, and Home-Delivered Hot Meals for clients with limited mobility or other documented barriers. Interested vendors must meet the minimum mandatory qualifications listed in the RFA and submit an application by the closing date. • The RFA is open to current DHSP contractors providing nutrition support services. • Funding will be available under two Nutrition Support Service categories. • The services aim to reduce barriers to health care, prevention, and essential social services. • Vendors must register at http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/webven and review the RFA for additional information and requirements.
