2601 Copier Lease Multiple

The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court, is seeking to lease six multifunction digital copiers and associated services, including maintenance and supplies, for a period of 36 months with an option to purchase at the end of the term. The copiers will be used in various divisions of the Clerk's Office, including Administration, Traffic Violations Bureau, and Civil Division. The lease period is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining the copiers, as well as providing training and support. The cost per copy will include all costs associated with service, labor, travel expenses, parts, and supplies, except for paper and staples. • The lease agreement will have an option to purchase the copiers at the end of the lease period for $1.00. • The Clerk's Office prefers not to sign lease and maintenance agreements due to terms and conditions that may not be approved by the City Attorney's office. • The supplier will be responsible for removing the equipment at the end of the term if the Clerk's Office decides not to exercise the purchase option. • The average number of copies per month is provided for informational purposes only and may not be construed as actual usage. • The cost per copy will be the same for all size copies, with no charge for scans. • Maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician according to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance for optimum quality and performance.
