FURNISH AND DELIVER ARFF UNIFORMS

The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) uniforms to the Lihue Airport. The uniforms include various items such as duty shirts, trousers, rescue cargo pants, and dress uniforms. The vendor must provide a price list for the goods and services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that meets the requirements and submits the most responsive proposal. • The vendor must be compliant with all applicable state and federal statutes. • The vendor must provide proof of compliance through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) or via paper documentation. • The vendor must include all applicable taxes, fees, and charges in the price submitted. • The vendor must submit the proposal through the HIePRO system. • The vendor must pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award amount, not to exceed $5,000.
