The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations for the provision of a full range of bakery products (bread, rolls, muffins, etc.) to support daily food‑service operations at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The contract will be a single‑award firm‑fixed‑price agreement covering a one‑year period, with deliveries required each weekday (excluding Wednesdays, Sundays, and federal holidays) between 5 a.m. and 11 a.m. Vendors must meet strict quality specifications, including whole‑wheat content and labeling requirements, and must be an OEM or authorized distributor.

• All items must be FOB destination, priced per unit, with weekly invoicing.
