The Chief FOIA Officers Council's Technology Committee is planning a virtual event called the NexGen FOIA Tech Showcase 3.0 to identify Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) technology solutions for federal agencies. The event aims to raise awareness within federal agencies of the different technology capabilities to consider for future case processing by leveraging advanced technology, including artificial intelligence (AI). The committee is looking for information on various solutions, including FOIA case management systems, AI-supported tools, electronic discovery tools, and more.
• The event will be held virtually on May 12-14, 2026.
• The committee is seeking written submissions from vendors, which should not exceed 3-5 pages and include information on the solution's FedRAMP status and a list of federal government clients using the solution for FOIA.
• The submissions will be posted online, and vendors may be asked to submit short video demonstrations and respond to a brief survey.
• The event is not related to any specific future acquisition, and responses to the RFI will not be returned.
