Description
The City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for renovations to the Airport-EMS Station. The project includes removing carpet, installing LVT flooring, removing and replacing ceiling tiles and grid systems, repairing and painting walls, and installing new cabinets and appliances. The contractor must provide a plan for participation of qualified Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SEDBs). The bid price shall include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the job site.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a certification of no suspension or debarment.
• The contractor must agree to keep informed of and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations which affect their employees or prospective employees.
