The City of Vancouver, in partnership with FIFA and the Local Organizing Committee, will host the FIFA Fan Festival from June 11 to July 19, 2026. The festival will feature live broadcasts of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, live entertainment, recreational and cultural programming, commercial activations, food and beverage activations, merchandise sales, and more. InLive, the producer of the festival, is seeking qualified suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of event portalets and event urinal stations to support site and production needs at the festival.
• The selected supplier will be expected to deliver, set-up, service, strike, and remove a package of event portalets in various locations.
• The package requirements include 80 plastic portalets and 16 urinal stations.
• The supplier must provide company information, case studies, equipment list, pricing, and insurance and health and safety compliance.
• Proposals will be evaluated on compliance with requirements, quality and reliability of proposed equipment, health, safety, and sustainability practices, and competitiveness and transparency of pricing.
