X-Ray Bag Scanner

The City of Thornton is seeking proposals from interested firms for the purchase of two X-Ray Bag Scanners at building entry points in Thornton's City Hall and Municipal Court buildings. The scanners should be standard new products, latest models of regular stock products, with parts regularly used for the type of product offered. Proposing vendors should submit their proposed pricing on the proposal forms contained within the proposal document. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities in proposals. • The proposal should include adequate brochures, latest printed specifications, and advertising literature describing the product offered. • The proposal should be based on payment in thirty calendar days after receipt of the invoice. • The city will not make early or partial payments, but requests for early or partial payment may be considered in the evaluation of the proposal. • Proposing vendors should not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, religion, or physical or mental disability in any policy or practice. • Proposing vendors should have adequate insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance.
