Project Delivery Partners for the Airport Tenant Relocations Project

The San Francisco International Airport is seeking a Project Delivery Partner for the Airport Tenant Relocations Project. The project involves renovating and repurposing interior office and operational spaces within the Dianne Feinstein International Terminal and the Courtyard 4 Connector Building to accommodate Airport Commission staff offices, tenant lease areas, passenger amenities, lounges, and other tenant-serving functions. The project includes the design and construction of approximately 80,000 square feet of interior space and the relocation of Airport tenants and Commission staff into the constructed spaces. The selected Proposer will provide project management, design, construction, and activation services. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project controls, construction management, and quality assurance. • The project requires experience with tenant improvements for multiple tenant groups within an active facility. • The project involves an integrated project delivery type, such as design-build or construction manager/general contractor. • The Proposer must demonstrate possession of a full range of technical, managerial, and facilitative skills and capabilities associated with providing Delivery Partners. • The Proposer must have experience managing the programming, design, construction, activation, and closeout of similar scopes and processes. • The Proposer must be able to work with multiple entities to oversee and ensure execution of the commissioning and activation process. • The Proposer must be able to coordinate with multiple entities to achieve sustainability goals.
