Custodial Services - Iowa Department of Revenue and Alcoholic Beverages Division

The Iowa Department of Revenue and Alcoholic Beverages Division is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for their building. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees and visitors. The scope of work includes emptying trash and recyclable receptacles, vacuuming and cleaning carpets, floor maintenance, and cleaning of surfaces such as walls, doors, and fixtures. The contractor will also be required to provide service schedules and maintain equipment used in the rendering of services. • Required services include emptying trash and recyclable receptacles, vacuuming and cleaning carpets, floor maintenance, and cleaning of surfaces. • Additional services may be requested by the Contract Manager, and the contractor will be required to provide pricing for these services. • The contractor will be required to maintain all equipment used in the rendering of services, including vacuums, mop heads, and cleaning rags. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed quarterly report on all sales made under this agreement.
