DESIGN BUILD SERVICES-FACILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM HVAC/GEOTHERMAL IMPROVEMENTS

The Longview Independent School District is seeking design build services for facility improvements, specifically HVAC and geothermal improvements. The selected contractor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond, submit proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation, and comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ.
