Texas District-Wide Charter Bus & Motor Coach Transportation Services

IDEA Public Schools is seeking one or more qualified, licensed charter bus and motor‑coach providers to deliver on‑demand transportation for its Texas campuses across seven regions. The contract is “as‑needed,” covering field trips, athletic events, staff travel, graduations and other authorized trips. No minimum volume is guaranteed; pricing will be used district‑wide. Providers must supply clean, inspected vehicles, qualified drivers with required endorsements, insurance, background checks, and comply with all federal, state and local regulations. The initial term runs Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027 with up to four one‑year renewal options.
