Roberts Building HVAC Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking a provider to deliver comprehensive HVAC preventive maintenance and repair services for the Roberts Building located in Jacksonville, Florida. The contract will be for an initial term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 3 years. The provider will be responsible for performing various services, including annual and monthly inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC equipment, as well as providing reports and documentation. The provider must have experience in servicing centrifugal chiller equipment and must maintain an active Florida mechanical contractor license. Some key services include: • Annual BAS Inspection (Service 1) • Monthly BAS Inspection (Service 2) • Annual Mechanical-Draft Cooling Tower Inspection (Service 3) • Quarterly Mechanical-Draft Cooling Tower Inspection (Service 4) • Annual Pump Maintenance (Service 5) • Quarterly Pump Maintenance (Service 6) • Annual Water Cooled Rotary Inspection (Service 7) • Quarterly Water Cooled Rotary Inspection (Service 8) The Department will evaluate proposals based on factors such as price, experience, and qualifications.
