Pharmacy B201 Chiller One time Repair

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform a one-time repair of the Pharmacy Chiller located in Building 201 at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics. The tasks involved in this project include recovering refrigerant from the chiller, removing and replacing the Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV), installing a new EEV cable, installing new filter dryers, conducting a pressure test, recharging the system, and testing the entire system to ensure proper functionality. The contractor will also be responsible for investigating and resolving any software-related issues with the chiller. The deliverables for this project include successful recovery and reuse of refrigerant, installation of a new EEV and EEV cable, new filter dryers, system pressure test results, system recharge and performance test, and a detailed report of any software issues found and actions taken to reprogram the system. • Recovery of refrigerant from the chiller • Removal and replacement of the Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV) • Installation of a new EEV cable • Installation of new filter dryers • Conducting a pressure test to check for system leaks • Recharging the system with the recovered refrigerant • Testing the entire system to ensure proper functionality • Investigating and resolving any software-related issues with the chiller
