LSM990 Confocal Airyscan- 2 Detector Microscope

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to procure a LSM 990 w/Airyscan-2 Detector Microscope system from Carl Zeiss Microscopy. The system is required for live cell imaging to view real-time cellular organelle development and functions. The microscope system must have a proprietary Airyscan detector with a 32 channel GaAsP Array, sampling at 0.2AU per detector for a total of 1.25AU of the PSF at every pixel for a resolution of 90nm in XY and 200nm in Z. The system will be used for high-resolution imaging of mouse organ of Corti explants. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. • The microscope system must meet specific requirements, including a proprietary Airyscan detector and a resolution of 90nm in XY and 200nm in Z. • The system will be used for live cell imaging and must be able to handle large file sizes and data handling and processing needs. • The contract includes delivery, installation, re-alignment, and recalibration of the microscope system. • The price quote must include unit price, extended price, total quoted price, shipping charges, installation/startup/training charges, warranty information, and any other separately priced items.
