Description
The Ann Arbor Public Schools are seeking bids for the replacement of the paging system at Huron High School and Pioneer High School. The project includes the installation of a new paging system at both schools. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through BuildingConnected by 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM, but attendance is not mandatory.
• The bidder must provide a bid security of 5% of the bid amount.
• The bidder must provide a notarized bid disclosure statement and a contractor information form.
• The bidder must provide a certification form and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act form.
• The bidder must execute the contract and provide the required insurance certificate(s) and bonds within 10 days after notice of award.
