This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a one‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with up to four optional one‑year extensions, for the monthly and annual inspection, maintenance, and monitoring of portable fire extinguishers and annual inspection of fire suppression systems at the AMXG facilities on Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The Government requires the contractor to hold valid Utah State Fire Marshal licenses for both fire extinguishers and suppression systems, be registered in SAM.gov with an active CAGE code, and meet small‑business set‑aside criteria (annual revenue ≤ $25 M).
