Description
The Anaheim Elementary School District is seeking to pre‑qualify a limited pool of full‑service consulting firms that can provide comprehensive reprographic services—including scanning, copying, printing, and electronic document production—for a variety of construction‑related projects such as Measure “G” & “J” initiatives, school remodels, new multipurpose buildings, and other special projects. Interested firms must submit a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the stated deadline, and the District will later negotiate contracts with the qualified respondents. No electronic submissions are accepted; all packages must be hard‑copy, properly labeled, and delivered to the Facilities Planning & Construction Department.
• Scope covers all reprographic needs (plan sets, drawings, reports, electronic files) for district construction and modernization projects.
• Submission is a sealed SOQ packet, no cost reimbursement, and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on March 19 2026.
