Tarleton State University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and sell commencement‑related flowers, gifts, and merchandise at its graduation ceremonies. The contractor must provide all inventory, staffing, point‑of‑sale equipment, and manage sales, while proposing a percentage of gross sales to be remitted to the university. This is a single‑event, on‑site retail operation that supports graduating students and their families.
• Provide fresh flowers, bouquets, leis, plush items, commemorative gifts, and other graduation keepsakes.
• Supply all personnel, POS systems, displays, inventory, and related supplies.
• Operate sales booths at designated commencement venues.
• Propose a revenue‑share model (percentage of gross sales) and retail pricing methodology.
• Contract duration limited to the period surrounding each commencement ceremony (typically a few days).
