Georgia State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey, revenue‑share program that installs, operates, and maintains digital‑media advertising assets (LED billboards, kiosks, media boards) across its six campuses, and simultaneously deploys campus‑safety technology devices (cameras with analytics) that integrate with the university’s existing Genetec video‑management system. The vendor must front all capital and operating costs, recover them through advertising sales, and remit at least 20 % of net sign revenue to GSU. The contract is a one‑year term with up to nine optional one‑year renewals, and includes responsibilities for permitting, power and fiber connectivity, 24×7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, and compliance with strict content‑restriction policies.
• Provide, install, and operate digital signage (outdoor LED displays, kiosks) with full advertising sales and revenue‑share accounting.
• Supply, install, and integrate safety‑cameras and analytics on Georgia Power poles, fully compatible with Genetec.
• Deliver all required permits, utility coordination, power/fiber infrastructure, 24×7 monitoring, and ongoing maintenance, with a minimum 20 % net‑revenue share to GSU.
• Submit detailed technical plans (signage plan, safety‑device plan, integration, architecture, implementation schedule, etc.) as required attachments.
• Adhere to content restrictions (no adult/tobacco/political/religious messages) and support emergency alert broadcasting.
