City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide a full suite of audio‑visual equipment and a qualified engineer for a one‑day event. The supplier must deliver, set up, operate, and remove the equipment on the event date, with all shipping costs included in the quoted prices. The client will cover in‑house labor costs, and the work must be performed at a union house in Cleveland.
• Provide listed AV equipment (laser HD projector, truss frame, 4K LED TV, confidence monitor stand, Blackmagic ATEM switcher, MSI laptop, Interspace remote).
• Supply a V1 Engineer to load, set up, operate, and load out the gear during the 8 am‑3 pm window on 12 Oct 2026.
• Quote FOB delivery with all freight included; no separate freight reimbursement.
• Attach required Northern Ireland fair‑employment affidavit and wage‑theft/payroll‑fraud disclosure.
• Submit electronic bid by 7 Oct 2026 3 PM to the designated email address.
