Special Events Drone/Laser Show Services RFP

This opportunity seeks a qualified vendor to design, program, and execute drone‑based aerial light displays and synchronized laser shows for special events managed by the Finance & Management and Parks & Recreation departments. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of production, including concept development, flight planning, safety compliance, equipment procurement, on‑site installation, crew staffing, and post‑event teardown. Deliverables must meet municipal safety standards and integrate with existing event schedules. • Design and choreograph custom drone light patterns and laser effects tailored to each event’s theme. • Provide all hardware (drones, lasers, control stations) and licensed pilots/technicians. • Secure required permits, conduct safety risk assessments, and coordinate with local authorities for airspace clearance. • Offer on‑site technical support, live monitoring, and contingency plans for weather or equipment issues. • Deliver a post‑event performance report and asset files for future reuse.
