Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide labor refresh docks, specifically Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock SD25TB4, to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the due date. The evaluation criteria will include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology, Attn: Karie Mitchell, 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid.
• The contractor must provide proof of delivery, including packing slip or delivery confirmation, and equipment serial numbers.
