6835--Medical Gases with Cylinder/Tank Rentals

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide medical gases with cylinder/tank rentals for the Richmond VAMC and Fredericksburg Health Care Clinic. The contractor will be responsible for providing various medical gases, including oxygen, helium, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, as well as cylinder/tank rentals. The contract will be for a base period with options for extension. The contractor will be required to deliver the gases and equipment to the medical center and clinic, and to provide emergency delivery services as needed. • The contractor must provide medical gases that meet the requirements of the USP/NF, FDA, CGMP, and all other solicitation requirements. • The contractor must provide cylinder/tank rentals that meet the requirements of the solicitation. • The contractor must deliver the gases and equipment to the medical center and clinic within the specified time frame. • The contractor must provide emergency delivery services as needed. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety concerns.
