Description
The City of Austin is seeking qualified vendors to design, supply, and install television, broadcast lighting, professional audio, and commercial A/V systems. The contract also covers post-production services, digital storage archiving, and engineering network systems. The scope of work includes five distinct categories: Television equipment systems, Professional (broadcast) data, Broadcast Television Lighting Systems, Professional (broadcast) A/V presentation and commercial audio systems, and Commercial audio, video and presentation systems. The City is looking for vendors who can provide comprehensive training, maintenance, and support services for the installed systems. Key services include:
* Design, provision, and installation of television equipment systems
* Professional (broadcast) data storage, content ingest, and network services
* Broadcast Television Lighting Systems design, provision, and installation services
* Professional (broadcast) A/V presentation and commercial audio systems design, provision, and installation services
* Commercial audio, video, and presentation systems provision and installation
* Maintenance, repair, and support services for all installed systems
