Description

The Prince George's County Government is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide a fully integrated, AI-enabled smart surveillance and license plate recognition (LPR) system to support the County's Comprehensive Litter Elimination, Abatement and Reduction Program (CLEAR). The system should include hardware, software, and services to detect littering and illegal dumping, capture evidentiary-grade video footage, and enable efficient case management and citation issuance. The County is looking for vendors with experience in providing similar systems to government clients, particularly in Maryland. Key features of the system include: * AI-enabled camera units with 4K video capture and wide dynamic range * LPR subsystem with read accuracy of at least 95% at up to 65 mph * Central management dashboard with event management, evidence workflow, and GIS mapping capabilities * Data retention and security measures, including encryption and access controls * Training and support services for County personnel The County is seeking responses to this RFI to assess market capabilities, evaluate available technologies, and inform the structure of any future competitive procurement.
