Temporary VIP Structure

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking a vendor to provide a temporary VIP structure for the FIFA Fan Festival at Centennial Olympic Park. The structure should be 12.5 meters x 30 meters, with a leveled floor, event carpet, and full black scrim wrap around the base. The vendor will be responsible for providing stamped engineering drawings and collaborating with the selected temporary power and HVAC vendor. The event will handle permitting, but the vendor must include the cost of permits in their bid. The selected vendor will be required to perform a site survey with the production team between March and April. • The structure must be able to accommodate 250-500 people. • The vendor must have experience in building structures and major events. • The vendor must provide a safe and structurally sound build that is in like-new condition. • The vendor must be able to provide lodging, expenses, and heavy equipment in their bid. • The vendor must include fire and life safety packages in their bid.
