Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide, install, and commission a complete cold‑and‑hot serving line upgrade for the galley at Naval Support Facility Deveselu, Romania. The scope includes removal and disposal of existing equipment, delivery and installation of new kitchen equipment (hot plates, refrigeration units, cabinets, dispensers, etc.), a one‑year warranty with repair/maintenance, staff training, and coordination of site access and security. Delivery must occur within 90 calendar days of award, during normal working hours, and the contractor must handle all logistics, electrical verification, and compliance with EU circular‑economy directives. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business set‑aside (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB).
