HR Research and Advisory Services

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide HR Research and Advisory Services. The services will include research, diagnostics, and expert advisory support to improve overall performance and strengthen business-aligned HR strategy. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, from August 6, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The successful vendor will be required to provide a dedicated Executive Counselor, annual strategy sessions, advisory-level support, web-based research and academy resources, standard diagnostic tools, and peer forum participation opportunities. • The vendor must have the necessary facilities, ability, and financial resources to provide the services. • The vendor must have professional liability insurance and general liability insurance. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a complete and detailed bid, including all required attachments and documents. • The vendor must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the termination clause.
