Description
The City of Worcester is seeking a vendor to provide portable restroom units (ADA‑accessible and standard) and associated services for the Department of Parks, Recreation & Cemetery and the Rec‑Worcester youth summer program. The contract is a one‑year agreement with optional renewals for up to two additional years. Bidders must submit unit‑price pricing for all categories and will be evaluated on the lowest combined total for both service groups. The work includes delivery, set‑up, regular cleaning, restocking of supplies, and rapid response repairs or replacements.
• Provide year‑round and seasonal portable restroom units (ADA‑compliant and standard) across multiple park and recreation sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and restocking; respond within 4 hours to unit damage and replace within 24 hours.
• Deliver, set up, and remove units within 48 hours of written notification; all service costs must be included in a flat monthly fee.
