L3Harris P25 and Air/Ground Portable & Mobile Radio and System Maintenance

The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is soliciting proposals for L3Harris P25 and Air/Ground Portable & Mobile Radio and System Maintenance at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance and support services for KCAB's L3 Harris P25 digital 800 MHz trunked system, including portables, mobiles, control stations, dispatch equipment, and backbone equipment. The contractor must also provide response, evaluation, and diagnostics for all inoperable system and equipment. • The contractor must be an authorized Harris Service Center and have completed Harris P25 Service Training. • The contractor must possess and maintain Harris Infrastructure Managed Services at the Partner Level. • The contractor must have at least five years' experience working with the Harris P25 equipment. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of their approach to preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and software support. • The contractor must provide a proposed staffing plan, including the qualifications and experience of key personnel. • The contractor must provide a description of their remote monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. • The contractor must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance. • The contractor must complete and upload the Resident & Non Resident Status Forms.
