Planning, Coordination and Aviation-Related Events

The DeKalb County is seeking a vendor to provide planning, coordination, and execution of aviation-related events within the county. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering high-impact aviation programming and public events, including airshows, fly-ins, STEM-focused educational programs, and aviation seminars. The vendor will also provide comprehensive marketing and promotional support, strategic communications and media relations, secure payment processing, and full-service coordination and management of participants. The goal of this project is to support workforce development, tourism, and public awareness of aviation opportunities in DeKalb County. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing planning, coordination, and execution of aviation-related events • Delivering high-impact aviation programming and public events • Offering comprehensive marketing and promotional support • Developing educational initiatives to inspire youth and support pathways into aviation and aerospace careers • Providing secure payment processing and financial administration • Coordinating and managing participants, including performers, pilots, exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors
