Event Planning & Production Services

The City of Santa Clara is seeking a firm to provide full-service event planning and production services for a series of community engagement events and cultural programming. The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of event delivery, including conceptualization, design, production, and execution. The events are intended to build excitement and foster inclusion in anticipation of major upcoming global sporting events, specifically Super Bowl LX and the FIFA World Cup 2026. The City prefers to award a single contract to a firm that can provide the complete list of services for all events.
