University of Maine System is seeking a vendor to provide surplus student housing on Marsh Island, Orono, ME. The contractor must supply at least 16 beds in 3‑4‑person suites, within a half‑mile of the main campus, with all utilities, Wi‑Fi, laundry, and basic kitchen amenities included. The university expects the vendor to enter a lease agreement (potentially shorter than 12 months) and to demonstrate prior experience renting to higher‑education institutions. Submissions must be complete PDFs no larger than 20 MB, include three references, and certify no debarment.
