Description
The 366th Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires an RFID tracking system to include installation and onsite training of Government personnel on all equipment. The system should meet the requirements stated in the attached Specification Sheet. The contractor shall submit a signed copy of this Solicitation/Request for Quote and all solicitation amendments must be acknowledged or signed and returned with the quote. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and be registered under the chosen NAICS prior to the award of this contract.
• The contractor must submit past performance data on similar contracts as this requirement, if available.
• The contractor must provide a signed copy of this Solicitation/Request for Quote and all solicitation amendments.
• The contractor must provide a quote that meets the requirements stated in the attached Specification Sheet.
• The contractor must provide onsite training of Government personnel on all equipment.
